DELIVERY POLICY

Please note that Herbal Dynasty E-Store’s official working days are from Saturday to Thursday, Fridays and holidays and official holidays are holidays for all E-store employees and shipping companies as well, but it should be noted that the E-store receives orders on all days and seasons, whether working days or official holidays.

Our first mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your comfort is our priority and we aim to provide the best experience for orders issued from our store.

And the Herbal Dynasty store delivers orders through various companies that specialize in internal and external delivery, and they have effective systems to follow up on shipping and delivery operations. The goal is to deliver orders at the lowest cost and the highest quality, each of which is distributed for delivery according to the following cases:

First: Amman and its suburbs, in addition to Irbid and Zarqa, the representative receives orders daily in the evening from Dahiyat Al-Yasmeen branch to reach customers within 1-2 working days of receiving the order.

Second: Delivery to the rest of the governorates of the Kingdom. The delivery representative receives the orders around 2:00 pm to be distributed within 1-2 working days as a maximum, depending on the distance of some orders.

Third: immediate and urgent delivery of some orders (Amman and its suburbs, in addition to Mahes Area and Madaba Governorate,), the value varies and ranges between 1-15 JOD, depending on the distance and place of receipt of the order.
(Note that orders reach customers after a maximum of 2 hours from the moment of ordering, bearing in mind that the last date for receiving orders for immediate delivery is 6:45 pm (all days of the week except Friday).

Fourth: Delivery to all surrounded countries (outside Jordan) through a system and a prior agreement with DHL, where the delivery value varies according to the country and the weight of the order, and the customer receives the order within 3-14 working days.
