3. It is allowed to exchange or return in the event that there is a manufacturing defect in the product or that the products reach the customer in a damaged condition

4. It is not allowed to exchange or return any of the products purchased through offers or discounts

5. Products to be exchanged or returned must not have any visible signs of use

6. The number of times allowed for exchange is only twice and the number of times allowed for return is only once

10. The replacement process can be done through one of the following options (the customer chooses the one that suits him best)

- Either by visiting the Al-Yasmine branch only (providing that all previous items are taken into account)

- Or if the customer wants to replace the product without visiting the branch, the customer is responsible for communicating with any of the shipping companies he wants and the cost involved to deliver the product to the Al-Yasmine branch, and when the product is examined by the company’s employees to ensure its proper condition and not conflict with any of the previous items the customer is contacted to send the replacement product, provided that the customer is charged with the delivery cost of 2.5 dinars, and the product is received within 1-3 working days

11. It is not possible to exchange or return any of the products if they are provided as free samples or free gifts

12. All items related to replacement only work exclusively within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only

13. To perform the return process, the customer must complete the following steps

- Go to my account by clicking on the profile icon

- Go to the "My Orders" menu on the right side of the page

For our customers abroad, the products are returned by the customer communicating with any of the shipping companies to deliver the product to the branch, provided that the customer bears all the costs associated with this, in addition to the customer bearing the cost of return fees 20% of the value of the product, and after examining the product and making sure that it is satisfied In terms of conditions, the amount is returned by depositing it in the customer’s bank account after providing it to the company, and the deposit is made within 1-7 working days.
