What is the expected time period for receiving the application locally or abroad?
The Herbal Dynasty store delivers orders through various companies that specialize in internal and external delivery operations, and have effective systems to follow up shipping and delivery operations. Third: Immediate and urgent delivery of some orders (Amman governorate and its environs in addition to the Mahis area and Madaba governorate), the value varies and ranges between 1-15 Jordanian dinars, depending on the distance and place of receiving the application.
(Note that orders reach customers after a maximum of 2 hours from the moment of ordering, bearing in mind that the last date for receiving orders for immediate delivery is 6:45 pm (all days of the week except Friday)
Fourth: Delivery to all sister countries (outside Jordan) through a system and prior agreement with DHL, where the delivery value varies according to the country and the weight of the order, and the customer receives the order within 3-14 working days.
