صراحه انا عم باخد منو من اسبوع الأعراض كلها مختلفه خمول كسل معدتي مخربطه مع العلم اني اخدتو باستشاره صيدليه وتم اعلامي انو بيتاخد مع وجبه دسمه وانا باخدو الصبح بعد افطار دسم لكن للان ما عندي اي نشاط وتظدؤ كسل وخمول ما حسيت في قبل ما بعرف وين المشكله
